Turkey Wrap and Potato Crusted Chicken

Today I was treated to something different again. Potato crusted chicken and what seemed to be seasoned spicy rice. I got it at the union, there’s a little stand right where you come in that I never even noticed. This was rather substantial stuff! The chicken breast was juicy and tender. The crust was like a mix between potato stix and hash browns. It had a weird aftertaste at first, but it grew on me. Very very crunchy and hell it was a chicken cutlet, how can I not like it? The rice on the other hand was so-so. It was seasoned with what looked like paprika and curry powder. It was a little gummy and it was a type of rice I can never identify but I'm not a fan of it. The taste was all and all decent and wasn’t a bad side.
Yesterday was a surprise as well. A thanksgiving turkey wrap, it sounded so bizarre. It was dark meat of the turkey along with stuffing and gravy all wrapped in a tortilla. It tasted, as strange as it sounds.....right. It tasted like it was supposed to be, and not just the turkey and stuffing but the wrap itself. The meat was dark and moist, though I found a bit of bone in it. The stuffing was like a paste, it tasted like stuffing but I couldn’t decipher its ingredients it was to, for a lack of a better word heterogenous. The gravy, most likely from a can was pretty solid and creamy. Like I said this was strangely perfect in a way, very filling. The bone aside I'd love to have this again.
